Our Chef
For James Beard-nominated Chef Jeremy Blutstein, curating the perfect menu is about sitting down with farmers, fishers and growers—discussing their crops, examining their bounties. Always centered on what’s fresh, ripe and in season, the resulting dishes are bursting with flavor and honor the land from which they come.
